Complete a profile video application that tells us about your family situation and why you need supplemental support. Your application will be reviewed by The God Is Able M.B. Church, Rev. Claudia Gaines Scholarship committee and you will be notified via email of our decision. Please note all scholarships will be distributed to entities for tuition, school fees, books, lunch fees. Uniforms will be purchased by the committee, or a voucher will be provided to a vendor that will accept and work with you to get uniforms. At no time will funds be disbursed to families directly.
Awardees will also be required to complete either one of two community service programs that we will offer or provide documentation of a community service program they selected on their own. You will be notified of the dates once your video application is received. Not completing the community service program will forfeit your scholarship. Scholarships can be used for K-12 grades and College level students. Verification of enrollment is necessary to qualify. Divinity and Trade schools are included in college level training. Students must already be enrolled before they can apply. Scholarships range from $50 to $500.
